Disney Plus announces 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea prequel serial publication

Disney Plus has announced a live-action 200,000 Leagues Under the Sea prequel series, titled Nautilus. The news broke at this year's Edinburgh TV Festival (via The Hollywood Reporter).

The original 19th 100 novel by Jules Verne follows Senior pilot Nemo and his hero, Argonaut. The 10-episode series testament deal with Nemo's beginning story. An Indian prince robbed of his patrimony and a prisoner of the East Bharat Company, helium's determined to aright the wrongs in his life.
